Fabrics are a complete surprise. This includes mash ups or all the same fabric.
Oversized bows come with a crocodile slide fastening. Bow bobbles come attached to a hair bobble
cozy headbands are available in small or large, they’re lined with either fleece or cable knit. We recommend small for younger children, and large for older children and adults
topknots come in small or large and are elasticated

Shipping
Our usual dispatch time is around 5 weeks, but please allow up to 6 weeks as we are a small team and occasional delays may occur. Delivery takes an additional 2–5 working days.

Customised Items
Custom orders (including custom sizes) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless we’ve made an error (e.g., wrong fabric or size). These items are exempt from change-of-mind returns under distance selling regulations. Please check our size guide and timescales before ordering.
Standard Stock & Pre-Made ItemsFaulty items will be replaced at our cost—contact us within 14 days. For change-of-mind returns, postage costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility. Replacements follow the usual turnaround time and depend on fabric availability. Items must be returned unwashed and unused within 14 days of your return request.
