Store credit is valid for 6 months from purchase date. If not used within that time it will be invalid and cannot be used, refunded or exchanged.

Our usual dispatch time is around 5 weeks, but please allow up to 6 weeks as we are a small team and occasional delays may occur. Delivery takes an additional 2–5 working days.

Customised Items
Custom orders (including custom sizes) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless we’ve made an error (e.g., wrong fabric or size). These items are exempt from change-of-mind returns under distance selling regulations. Please check our size guide and timescales before ordering.
Standard Stock & Pre-Made Items
Faulty items will be replaced at our cost—contact us within 14 days. For change-of-mind returns, postage costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility. Replacements follow the usual turnaround time and depend on fabric availability. Items must be returned unwashed and unused within 14 days of your return request.

Washing Guidelines
Wash all items at 30°C—do not tumble dry. Use a colour catcher to prevent colour runs. Items damaged due to incorrect washing cannot be returned.
Postage & Lost/Delayed Items
We recommend selecting Recorded Delivery at checkout for tracking. Standard delivery is sent 2nd class with proof of postage. If your item appears lost, contact us within 30 days of expected delivery. After this period, orders will not be replaced or refunded.
Royal Mail’s lost parcel timeframe must pass before we can resend. Replacements will match the original order—no changes to size, fabric, or address.
Discount Codes
Must be applied at checkout; cannot be added after purchase. Store credit codes expire in 6 months and do not include postage. Codes are single-use and cannot be split across multiple orders.
