Custom orders (including custom sizes) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless we’ve made an error (e.g., wrong fabric or size). These items are exempt from change-of-mind returns under distance selling regulations. Please check our size guide and timescales before ordering.
Standard Stock & Pre-Made ItemsFaulty items will be replaced at our cost—contact us within 14 days. For change-of-mind returns, postage costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility. Replacements follow the usual turnaround time and depend on fabric availability.
